"Never watch the Evening News the same way again!" -- Carrie Doll, CTV Edmonton
#yegCTVtweetup is a charity tweetup event... and an opportunity for you to attend and watch a LIVE CTV evening news cast.
{Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM}
Limited to the first 27 ticket purchasers, tweetup participants will:
- get a tour of CTV Edmonton studios;
- see first hand what it takes for the 100+ CTV staff to create the hour-long broadcast we enjoy in our living rooms and kitchens each weeknight;
- watch Carrie Doll (@CarrieDoll), Daryl McIntyre (@DarylMcIntyre), and Josh Classen (@JoshClassen) deliver the CTV Evening News@6 -- LIVE;
- ask questions during commercial breaks;
- enjoy snacks and refreshments;
- meet a few new Edmonton friends; and
- support a charity/ charities to-be-determined by YOU at the event.
Ticket sales are by donation format with all proceeds going to a charity/ charities YOU will vote on at the event!
